Respective service has undertaken required measures to protect personal information.

For the purposes of additional comunication with clients and interested parties we use Zendesk chat services (Zendesk, San Francisco, Kalifornija, SAD) which, as the executor of processing data and provider of service, acts according to our dictation. Respective service has undertaken required measures to protect personal information.

For placement and distribution of electronic mail we use Kalelarga.net company services (Kalelarga.net, Domovinskog rata 2, Zadar), which, as the executor of processing data and provider of service has secured administrative access to mail server, for purposes of maintenance and immaculate service functioning. Respective service has secured the use of security certificate (SSL) which gathers personal information via website and delivers them via mail server fully crypted and protected from misuse and theft. Personal data protection contract has been signed between the director of processing data and the executor of processing data. Access to personal data is never given to third parties, unless required by legal state institutions.

How long is the gathered information kept

We keep and process personal information for just as long as is needed to execute certain legitimate purpose, unless prolonged data keeping is called for by other legal purposes, valid regulations, or specific laws.
