Once the preauthorization is released/ unblocked upon closing the rental agreement, it is no longer available for charge, and should be accessible on your account within days, depending on the bank.

You can travel outside of borders of Croatia only with written approval by Avia rent a car.

Child seats and navigation devices are additional equipment. Additional equipment can be ordered when making a reservation or during rental period.

You can extend rental period by telephone or in person with priror notice at least 24 hrs.

In case of traffic accident you need to call the police - 112, and have their report. In case of breakdown contact us at any of listed telephone numbers. Avia rent a car provides assistance 24/7.
